Hi, I have Rithmic trading platform, and often, when I'm starting the day, it is denied to download the previous data from the day. The following red message appears: Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for NQH1-CME. Historical data request rejected because there is currently another historical data request active. I have no idea how to fix it. |

Do you have a live Rithmic Trading account? What exchanges do you need data for or want to trade? The only solution we can offer is to use a Sierra Chart provided data feed.
