Deleted study does not delete from spreadsheet?

Hi: I am working on auto trading and have noticed that a study I deleted from Chart/Studies still remained in my spreadsheet? I am concerned that in the future if the spreadsheet deletes the study as well, my formulas for auto-trading will not reference the correct column. Is this a concern? I really would like to have the spreadsheet reflect the studies in the "saved study collection" for the chart. I have spent 2 hours trying to find the answer in your documentation and cannot find an answer. Thanks.

The data will remain.
