Hi SC Support, I'm running SC Version 2204 with one sub instance (connected with "DTC - Sub Instance" to main instance) for a long time without any problems. Because I would like to backtest more in parallel I started a third instance (second sub instance) by "File -> New Instance" in the main instance. Unfortunately all I get is a Login Error (see attached file). In the message log only one line is added by pressing "New Instance" Created process C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_3\SierraChart_64.exe. Current folder: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_3 | 2020-12-21 12:30:51.876
So sub instance is created successfully but it can't log in and so it does not open. I tried it several times. I thought that it is possible to run as many sub instances as I want without limitations. I'm still with Rithmic, so I hope that this is not the problem. Any suggestions? |
