Hello. I had sierra and data feed through AMP, this spring. Stopped trading since. I just got my sierra chart back going, with the delayed data feed package so I can start to practice and re-familiarize myself with the market. But I open up my Sierra and load the chart figurations I was using from this spring but I can't get it 2 show the data. I changed it and the section to run on the delayed data feed, and I connect to data feed and it shows connected there but nothing happens on my charts. They just stay still from where I left off in the spring.

Have you updated the charts to the most recent instruments? For example, if you were using ESH20, did you update to the current trading contract - ESH21? You can use the option Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover to quickly change the symbol for a chart. Also make sure the symbols of the charts are correct. I'm sorry I don't notice a follow-up response on here from me, I thought I had thanked you for your help. John that is what it was. I did just Fund my AMP account and get the live data feed, now I can't get any of the charts to do anything since switching from the delayed to the live trading. I did notice if I go to chart settings date range is from 2020-06-17 to 2021-01-05. I can't seem to change it to bring it to today, not sure if that could be an issue. But now that I have live data it seems I have created the problem again of not being able to get anything to load and move.
