Start of a 2 hour candle.

Because living in Germany i set the time zone in Global Setting to the time zone of my country (+1 cet).
But i noticed that the 2 hour candle starts at 15:30 PM (local time, what is 09:30 New York Time and not at full hour.
When switching the time zone to New York Time Zone the 2 Hour chart changed and the start of each 2 hour candle is
at full hour (2 PM, 4 PM. 6 PM). That is exactly what i wanted. Has this change any effect to my trading because i am using
not my local time zone? Thanks

It is really important to set the chart to the time zone of the exchange. Instructions:
