Trade window does not open on start up

I have several different chartbooks that I setup to open automatically on startup. There are 2 charts in each chartbook, one of the charts in each chartbook has the attached trade window. My problem is that the trade window only opens automatically on startup in one chartbook but for the others I need to open it manually. What is the reason for that? Thanks. |

Definitely the state of the Trade Window as it was when the Chartbook is saved should be restored. We have not observed any problem with this. Is the Trade Window Attached or detached? Although upon opening of a Chartbook, Trade Windows which are detached, only one of them will be visible which will be for the active chart. the trade window is detached, it is not restored for some reason, I need to open it each time.

attached. remember the issue is only one trade window opens although I 4 different chartbooks open on startup and each of them has a trade window. could it be the all the chartbooks use the same trade window? I noticed that when I change the trade window background color it was changed for all of them. on the other hand each trade window has a different attached order setup. thanks |

We do not see any particular issue, and the stated problem above doesn't match what we see in your Chartbooks. We do see that each Chartbook has multiple charts, but all of the charts are attached to the main instance and none of the charts are not maximized, so you can see multiple charts. And in each Chartbook, there is a single chart with the Trade Window attached to it. In all cases, the Trade Window is showing up just fine in each Chartbook, regardless of how the chartbooks are opened (individually, or through the Automatically Open at Start).
