I just subscribed to a month of service ($26USD) today/yesterday. However, I was fully unaware of the issue with Rithmic data feed. Since my data feed is Rithmic, I now have no use for my subscription since I can't seem to connect to my account anyways. I signed up for aTrading Evaluator - Delayed account However, when I try to conenct in Sierra charts, there is no option in the dropdown list for Trading Evaluator - delayed. Only Trading Evaluator. Which doesnt connect because I dont have a trading evaluator account. Only a delayed one. How do I connect to the delayed one? |
