entered a trade this am and was stopped (worked as it should)
attempted to enter 2 more times but my entry was ignored
the log stated i was in sim mode and order was ignored
I checked the "trade" tab and confirmed I was not in sim mode
Contacted the data service and they said everything is fine on their end

We would need to see the Trade Service Log showing the particular error. Refer to the information here:
