Hi,

why is the option "copy config name to text" greyed out in the properties of all my horizontal lines? What can i do to make it selectable?

Thanks

From documentation:
Labels >> Copy Config Name To Text: When this option is enabled, the configuration name (Config Name) given to the active tool configuration you are using with the Horizontal Line tool will be displayed on the horizontal line. For more information, refer to Using Multiple Drawing Tool Configurations.

This option can only be enabled through the Horizontal Line Configuration window through Global Settings >> Tool Configs. It cannot be changed through the Horizontal Line Properties window for an existing Horizontal Line.

Thank you, I have enabled this now for all configs I use (TF1-TF5).

However, I have the following problem now. If I draw a horizontal line, the first config name (TF1) is automatically added to the text. If I edit the line and choose a different config (e.g. TF2), the text still shows the first config name, even though all the other parameters change just fine. Is this a bug?

No. This is by design. You will have to manually edit the text on the line.

Sorry, but this design does not make sense to me. If every new horizontal line I draw automatically gets and keeps the TF1 config name as text, then what is the point in having the option for the others?

Perhaps if you have the option to copy the configuration name to the text for the horizontal line, and you change the tool configuration, we could copy the new configuration name.
