Im Quite Familiar on how to change colors. my problem is the 8 color sub panel that opens allowing you to pick up which colors to change to. that subpanel of mine quit offering the black color option on v 2207 and replaced it with a darker pink color .

We do not know why it would have changed color. It should not have. But to change it back to black, follow the instructions in the link given above.

Thats precisely why I'm reporting it with Vresuion 2207 it happrned. the #1 color in the color selecion panel is a darker pink rather than black. the black collor isnt available to change it back to.

My color section panel offers the following sequential colors: 1dark prink,2red,3green,4yellow,5blue,6 pinkk7 light blue8 green. #1 changed from black(it used to be) to dark purple. |

We fully understand that the color changed. We are unable to reproduce this and we do not know why it has happened to you. At this point, you are the only person reporting it, so it appears to be an anomaly. Therefore, our recommendation is to simply reset the color back to black and let us know if it occurs again and hopefully we can understand the circumstances under which it occurred. You did state above that "the black collor isnt available to change it back to". If you are having a problem changing the color back using the instructions that have already been given then let us know exactly what you are not able to do and we will look into what is happening with that particular issue. So you have followed the instructions given here: Chart Drawing Tools: Customizing Colors on the Menu And when you select the bottom left box under the "Custom Colors" (which should be a pink color) you are not able to change it to black? Or are you not able to select it? We need to know the specific issue of why you cannot change this back to black. No I'm Im not even getting to that screen, Iclick any study and the color selection button which gives the array of colors to change to. that array does not have the black color anymore and is replaced by a darker pinkish color. However if I clicked on the chart properties button instead of the color button,, I get the panel with the chart color and then only I can change the color successfully. Please take a screen capture of that window so we can see what you are referencing. In general, if this is one of the bottom 8 "custom colors", then you can change those. Just select the particular box and change the color on the right, then select the button for "Add to Custom Colors". This is what the instructions we have linked above walk you through. I was able to restore the black color by adding it back up in the custom colors. thank you
