When I start Sierra it immediately locks trading. It's Saturday, the market is closed, but still it says I reached my loss trigger value. It did this during open hours as well. I attached a screenshot with my settings, you can see on the Remaining Lock Time that it was actually triggered on startup. Are my settings somehow wrong? I've gone over the documentation here: Global Profit/Loss Management: Lock Trading (Global Settings >> Global Profit/Loss Management) As far as I can tell my settings are correct. It is not a bug. If the Daily Profit/Loss values have not yet reset and they would not over a weekend if there is no trading, and there is a loss continuing to be reported into the next day, then it does make sense that trading would get locked again.

I did not have a loss the previous day, my last trading day was on wednesday. Also, this lock occurred after I used the Reset button as well. It simply always locks on startup Steps to reproduce after a 10 min lock has finished: 1. Click [Reset] 2. Restart Sierra 3. Trading locked again Still zero trades made, no replays, no sim trades, nothing. Also, on the screenshot you can see the current P/L is 0 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-12-05 11:40:23

Well, I believe it is. Again this morning it Locked on startup. It doesn't make any sense that it states: Positions flattened for today because Daily Loss met Feature disabled until next trading day inn Sierra Chart Time Zone. I would really like to use this functionality, and you've seen my settings in the screenshot, it's just not working. |
