With the new option for high compression can you provide more details on this functionality? What should we expect the difference is between no compression, standard, and high? Specifically in terms of data, storage, and lag. Thank you

There is less network bandwidth usage due to a higher compression ratio which should be closer to 3. This is all. Otherwise no differences.
