hello charts don't seem to be moving with no reason. i've updated to current sierra version but quote boards show 0 in every field, footprint is not moving and even bid\ask lines are not displayed. i'm using evaluator account and opened YM and GC |

Yes this does make sense because there are several problems. You have no real-time exchanges activated on the Denali Exchange Data Feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed And additionally you would need to do this once you activate those exchanges if you activate the nonprofessional ones: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
