Missing times on Forex charts

Hi In an update to current version today the log reported an error. When I ran the program all my chartbooks were there, but on the Forex chartbooks there was just 00.00 across the time/date axis and no response from our custom study. The other studies/charts appeared normal. I reloaded an older version and everything worked as expected. Any thoughts? I did send a log but don't know if it reached you. |

No - the date/time axis is normal in safe mode. So does this mean there is an issue with the DLL? I had a new customer yesterday with an error in getting our files - has something changed that requires our stuff to be recompiled again? |

Possibly the custom studies you are using are affected by the change with some ACSIL functions in version 2195: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2195 But that will not affect the chart timescale unless the study is incorrectly modifying the timescale which it should never be doing. What's odd is that we have 3 different custom studies (Indices, Forex and Commodities) and it's only the Forex one that seems to be affected. However, the new user error message attached was a different issue I think and I wondered what you thought about that? I will ask the developer to check through the DLLS to see if there is any issue there. |
