SC freezing

When I go to Data Trade Service Settings and click on Data File Management SC freezes and I have to go to Task Manager and shut down SC. I am using version 2183. Please help Thanks |

so I downloaded version 2201 hoping that would make a difference, but it didn't. SC freezes when I click on Data File Management. please advise |
