I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A BOX THE POPS UP WHEN I HOVER OVER A BAR AND IT GIVES ME THE OHLC AND SOME OTHER DATA. IT HAS GONE AWAY AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET IT BACK. USE IT ALL THE TIME. CAN'T BELIEVE IT LEFT ME.... HELP

As Ackin notes above, you are looking for the Compact Tool Values Window.
