Not getting real time data - Coming from AMP Futures with CQG

Hi There, I'm an AMP customer and just got my account opened with Sierra after putting in a request for CQG data feed with Sierra charts. Popped open an ES Futures chart and noticed I'm getting delayed data of 10 mins and 9 seconds. Is there anything I should be doing on my end to make sure I get real time data? I noticed in my account settings that a few forms have not been completed and I'm wondering if that's why. Can you please advise me or point me in the right direction of the things I need to do in order to get real time data? I'm certain I'm paying for it through AMP. P.S. Also noticed in account details that my country is Afghanistan which is incorrect, I'm in Canada. Thanks! |
