It appears that I'm only able to download from your server $SPX intraday data going back to the end of March of this year even though I requested 300 days of data. I also get an error message whenever I try to download recent (after 9-15-20) historical daily data - something about user is not authorized to download etc. My guess is that someone there probably changed my data access settings again and I didn't get notified. I need the Denali data plus real-time indexes data and CFDs at a minimum. I get the Denali futures and CFD data but perhaps not the real-time $SPX data that I should? Thanks.
