Just changed to Denali + SC Order Routing Service (from AMP-CQG) and followed all setup instructions 100% ....
But error message says:
Connection error message from service: SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Connection error: Trade account not assigned.
... please assist

Have you filled out the Request Form to get the trading account setup (Step 3 in the Setup Instructions)?

Typically after that form is filled out an Account Support Ticket is created for this purpose, but we are not seeing a ticket to create your account.
