[Programming Help] - How to stop automatic data download?

Hi My computer has a 240GB SSD card, but after 1 week of having the computer on, my SSD card reaches almost full capacity due to automatic downloads. I have tried going through all the settings but i wasn't successful. Is there a way where i can pause the data download up to a point in time and date, and be able to adjust it when need be? Thank you |
