Do i understand this correctly I have set up a AMP account and funded the AMP account. I have chosen TT on AMP. I am guessing that is the order router and not the data feed. So I still need to subscribe for data feed. The $300+ is for sierra chart software use and it does not include data feed. As i understand as of now I dont have any data feed i have paid for. I am interested in COMEX, some of the grains and coffee futures and DAX futures. I looks like denali is primarily comex. how should I choose data? |

You are correct, you are setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service through AMP, but you have not setup any data yet. Note that you are paying for all your Sierra Chart usage directly to us, which includes the software usage, order routing fees ($0.10 per side) and any data that you setup. Since you want data for both the CME Group and the EUREX, you will need to setup both the Denali Exchange Data Feed (for CME Group) and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (for EUREX). We are working on changing our EUREX setup to be part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but that is still being worked on, just keep an eye open for information on changes. Thank you for the follow up. More questions 1. When I go to setup the Denali exchange it says i am tagged as a professional trader. What do I do next. |

Due to CME Exchange rules, you need to have a trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. As part of that, we ask that you enter your Broker/FCM in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement that you need to sign. You have been leaving that blank, which is why we cannot process you as a Non-Professional. Just enter your FCM as AMP and put in your AMP account number on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, and then select Non-Professional for the CME Non-Professional Certification and resubmit those For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
