Hello, I have recently purchased sierra chart as well as the denali data feed, I also have an interactive brokers live funded account that I trade futures in that has been linked. For some reason every time I try to open a number bar chart it tells me that my current service package does not support number bars. Can you please help? I would also like to know to zoom in and out on the chart via my scroll wheel on mouse, I cannot seem to figure that out either. |

With regards to Numbers Bars: First thing we want you to do is to use the Forced Login option to make sure that your local copy of Sierra Chart has the correct information about your account, as you are on Package 5, so you should not be getting a message about not being able to use the Numbers Bars study. Refer to the instructions here: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login Next, if you continue to have a problem, please post an image of what you are seeing, or your Message Log so we can understand where the message is coming from. ----------------- With regards to using the scroll wheel. Refer to the following setting that determines how the scroll wheel functions: General Settings Window: Scroll Wheel Setting (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Scroll) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you, I have it all working now, quick question, if I am using Denali data for sierra and trading with IB, can I remove my level 2 data from IB as I am already getting it with Denali? or do I need the level 2 data from IB as well?

You do not need market depth data from Interactive Brokers. You can cancel that through them. And to make sure all of the data in the chart is from the Denali Exchange data feed follow the instructions below: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
