Am I getting charged .10 per contract for every order that I submit in the Sierra Charts?

I wanted to know if it is true that I am getting charged .10 per contract for every order that I am submitting in Sierra Charts? Am I also being charged a commission fee through my broker Amp as well? Lastly it says I have to provide a payment to my "Sierra Charts Account" to cover this charge? Please explain this.

I am not receiving live data for gold or oil in Sierra. Why is that? I have purchased package 5 which should include data for gold and oil. What do I need to do to enact the data for Gold and Oil?

First of all, having Package 5 has no impact on whether you are receiving CME Data or not. That is just dependent on what you have activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In your case, you should be getting this data, as you have the Full CME Group with Market Depth. What is the exact symbol you are using for one of the instruments for which you are not getting any data?
