verifying my trading account at Tradovate via CQG WebAPI

Hello I have an account setup on tradovate and have a CQGAPI setup for it to integrate with Sierra. However it won't recognize it as a live funded tradng account (which it is), it only will let me pull data from CQG. I've tried troubleshooting this for a few days now with no luck!

We see that your account has been updated to have a Verified Trading Account until December 18, 2020, which means that you connected today.
