If I sign up for Denali Exchange Data Feed for the realtime cme quotes instead of the sierra charts will I still have my vwap and cumulative data charts?

Denali Exchange Data Feed is just the data feed. It is one of our (Sierra Chart's) data feeds, but it is separate from the Sierra Chart software packages. Therefore, using the Denali Exchange Data Feed does not have any impact on what capabilities are available within the Sierra Chart software. So you will continue to have the ability to use the VWAP and Cumulative Delta charts. OK so I just signed up today for the Sierra Charts package 5 and looks like I need the Denali Exchange Data Feed Instead So I can Get real time data on my Oil and S&P vwap charts and cumulative delta. Can you help make the switch? |

You just need to add the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It is an additional cost in addition to your Sierra Chart package. To add the Denali Exchange Data Feed refer to the Setup Instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* -------------- We think you may be also referring to changing your Package to Package 3. Package 3 will still give you VWAP and Cumulative Delta Bars. Refer to the information here for the differences between Package 3 and Package 5: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages If you want to change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
