Your Sierra Chart account which you have logged into this Support Board with is expired. So we know what Sierra Chart account you are using, go to Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart desktop program and then post in this thread telling us this is done.

Then you do not have an active account with us and we do not give support for expired accounts. You need to be logging into your Sierra Chart software using the AMP account that you have been assigned. As to why your charts are changing, it means that there is a dependency on another chart for some reason, either Chart Linking or a study that depends on the timing. If you look at the account name when you are logged in you will see that this is your old account that is no longer valid. We will check on how it's possible that it is logging in with this other account when you are logged into your Sierra Chart software with the AMP account.

First, continue to use your software. You are fine, and we gave you the information you requested. One thing we want you to try is log out of the Sierra Chart website from the browser you have been using. Then select Help >> Support again and see if you are then logged in with the correct username. We are also going to check on other reasons why this could occur.
