The new update as removed my Previous Value area on study ECIVWAP V1.5. I have tried everything to fix & adjust this. My charts are not aligned and showing all that they used too. Can I actually remove this new update of Sierra charts from my platform!!?

Are you using this study from User Contribute Studies?

We probably need to to rebuild those for the latest version. We will do that now.

It is not a problem for us to get this resolved.

Update with Help >> Download Prerelease.

This issue should now be resolved. If not, let us know.

Yes that is a user contributed study, Awesome. I also did the update, but did not do the download prerelease step! Doing that now, Also I have noticed I have not been able to split profiles in the market profile chart. I will see if this works for that also, thank you!

Does doing this help >download pre-release also affect new instances??? I have never had a problem before, & this morning everything was fine. This afternoon I opened up my second instance of SC & it seems I have lost all of my chartbooks, & some very very old chartbooks have opened up. Not sure the way around this, I know the different instances are stored in my C drive, but I did not mess with any of that stuff, never have. Not sure If there is a way to get the information back from the instances I have been using normally without problems for the past few months in a row. Ok, thank you

Yes sub instances automatically get updated if they are started with File >> New Instance.

it seems I have lost all of my chartbooks
Do you see the chartbooks listed in File >> OpenChartbook? There are also backup Chartbooks available:
