TRADE DISAPPEARS FROM CHART

Here's what happened (see attached log)

I put trade on chart (LIVE), it was visible for 1 sec, then disappeared.

NB all works OK in SIM mode.

Looks to me like it can't access my balance details???

Yes - that was the first day i traded live with that broker. I haven't placed any live trades that have worked.
