When will my Denali data feed be activated?

To whom it may concern,

I've been waiting since yesterday to get my Denali Data Feed activated and my broker, AMP Futures, tells me they are waiting on you.

Please advise ASAP.

The account from which you have posted is not associated with AMP and is not setup to have the Denali Exchange Data Feed paid for through AMP.

Are you using this account that you posted from or do you have a different account provided by AMP?

If you have another account provided by AMP that you will be using, then we need for your to login to this support board and post with that account.

I don't know anything about having multiple accounts with AMP. This is the account I've used for several years to trade with along with Sierra Chart.

How do I find out how to resolve this problem.

I filled out the paperwork yesterday and then again today with the assistance of tech support at AMP to switch data feeds.

I don't know what else I need to do.

Ok. We understand now that you are using this account that you have posted from.

Given that you are using this account and paying for your Sierra Chart usage time directly to us (Sierra Chart), then you would need to pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed directly with us as well. Therefore, just follow the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here:

Are you going to be continuing to use CQG for your trading, then all you need to do is finish the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you will be ready to trade immediately.

Sorry but I'm confused, I thought what we just did was get me off of CQG. So, are you saying that I'm still using CQG in some way?

If so, how?

Was that the cause of the "frozen" charts I had a few minutes ago? That has been a problem for over 2 years and I'm finally fed up and want to get away from CQG if that is the problem. I hopeful that using the Denali data feed will resolve that issue.

Sorry, we did not realize that you were specifically changing to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.

We understand now what is happening and what you need to do.

The first thing is to follow these instructions:

First thing we need you to do is to complete this request form:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SCOrderRoutingServiceTradingAccountAssignmentRequestForm

So you can begin receiving data now, set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data-All Services". Press OK. Just understand the data will be delayed by 10 minutes until the Denali data feed is activated.

And then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service:

I've already done that and I am receiving the delayed data as you said.

Now, my question is when, will I be able to trade again?

I've been trying to resolve this and I've wasted the last 2 days between going back and forth with AMP Tech support and Sierra Tech support.

Will I be ready to trade tomorrow??
