still no live data. System tells me to add money. The money should be taken out of the AMP account and that has money in it. this is very frustrating. 6th day now no data. |

As we mentioned in your other post on this topic - AMP has taken you off their internal billing with us. Any questions related to why that occurred needs to be directed to AMP. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart in the current state, you will need to pay for it directly to us, including the data feed.
