2nd login on account - delayed data charts not updated

i have package 5, i have a co-worker beside logged into my account beside me. first time we tried it this morning My data ended up being delayed by about an hour, i noticed an issue, he logged out, and my charts immed updated. i thought with this account i can have a 2nd login simutaniously? or do i have that wrong? |

You can have 2 logins to the Sierra Chart software, but the data is a different matter. For the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you can only have 1 connection at a time. For the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can have up to 2 connections, but you have to pay for the second connection.
