Hello,

Thanks for everything you guys. Sorry if this is already covered, but I just recently noticed this. What is the difference between "old" and "new or realtime" symbols? Also, is there a way to switch everything over to the "new"?

Unfortunately, I've been on the "old" for a while now, and haven't noticed any problems. Just wanted to try to take care of this after US hours. Thanks so much for the help!

Best,
Jeff

You should translate the symbols you are using to the new format. This is the Edit menu command for that:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

The new symbols are what users should begin to use as soon as possible. For now you can still use the old symbols but we want to remove those as soon as possible.

Alot of these products are showing as "0.00" on the quoteboard. i.e. ESZ20-CME, GCZ20-COMEX, etc. after translating symbols to the current service. How do I get the quoteboard back up and running?

Thanks for the help!

Use this command again to make there is a thorough translation of all open symbols:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service)

Let us know if that resolves the issue.
