HI,I open my chartbook today,I noticed that my 30minutes footprint doesn't move but my DOM yes

Any suggestion how to fix it?never had this problem.

I have another question,how can I fix the scrollbar in the bottom that cover the time?

as you can see from the screenshot I can't see the time because the scrollbar is covering it....the question is how can I fix it?Thank you.

Your cause and effect are incorrect. The scrollbar has nothing to do with the time scale not showing. Refer to the following setting and make sure it is not enabled:
Chart Settings: Hide Time Scale (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Scale menu))

In case the window edge is beyond the visible area of the container window, you can use one of the Tile commands to resize the windows to fit:
