Please direct me how to get LIVE data. I updated my package from free to Advanced but need assistance to switch from delayed to live date feed on charts. Please direct me how to retrieve LIVE data. I switched accounts and updated my CQG users to two to receive LIVE data feed. I have an account with Amp Futures broker and I have verified my account on the Sierra website. Currently my chart has zero data feed and indicating delayed. I already contacted Amp broker and all is set on their site and CQG has send the approval for two users feeds, . My broker indicated Sierra team has to resolve the live feed to charts. Please assist me to return to live data feed. I need data for CME, S&P500 and Russell 2000 |

If you are wanting to get your data from CQG, then it is just a matter of having your Sierra Chart setup to connect to your CQG account.
