Hi support, I am connected n CQG and cannot get FXCM Forex real-time updates- I have followed all the instructions for update symbol settings and reconnect to the feed but there is no real-time updates for the symbols of the FXCM while I am connected to CQG. Kindly advise. |

To access the FXCM Forex data, you need to have your Sierra Chart account changed to the Advanced Service Package. Contact your broker about this since your account is associated with AMP.
