I want my dom bracket to have 2 targets . Total position is 3 contracts . Scale out 2 contracts at 20 points and leave 1 contract runner to 40 points .My question is , shouldn’t my STOP (20pt) configuration read 3 contracts since I’m only scaling out profits , not exit? Then as my 2 contract profit gets hit the stop amount will drop to 1? See attached pic

That stop is just for OCO Group 1. You would need to change the setting in the Group to be All OCO Groups. Then it will cover the full quantity that you enter. Refer to the information here:
