Trouble with connection

Dear Support,

I have a problem with connection based on data from broker- S5. It still connecting and reconnecting. I choosed GAIN Capital/ OEC. For SC Data All Services everything is ok.
I attached PrtScr with information from Message Log.

Could you help me?
