Hi, Im in the process of changing PC's - I have successfully installed Sierra Chart n the new machine however the intraday charts do not load historical data. See attached logs. Please advise. Regards Sayful |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
