Dear SC I have signed the 'Uniform Subscriber Agreement' and 'CME Non Professional Certification' 3 times now and i am being asked again to sign them after opening sierra charts. This is really frustrating. I would like to know why this is happening. FYI i do not qualify as a non-professional trader and i dont have a trading account yet. I entered my name and surname and selected 'no'. I also signed the 'Uniform Subscriber Agreement' before i did this. I just want to try sierra charts as I am looking for a better software than my previous. Thank you |
