Hi

There has been a problem that has appeared over the last 2 week when I attempt to load up charts.

I get this error message.

Hi

The Symbol is (BHP-STK-ASX) or (NAB-STK-ASX) etc

The problem started on the 09/11/2020.

Although in your case since you are using Interactive Brokers we need to make a change which we will do now, to make sure that data comes from Interactive Brokers. So that will actually solve the issue.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings


After that, use this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Download Data For All Historical Charts
