Hello, I have enabled data for the second PC but I am not getting stock data on that (assuming this the NYSE stock data). can you pls help? I already sent an account support request Thank you |

It is not possible to get the U.S. Equities on two different computers at the same time - the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed does not support this. That capability is only possible with the Denali Exchange Data Feed (the CME Group data). If you do not want the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed on two different computers at the same time, then be sure to change the option for Number of Systems back to 1 System for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. ok, I understand this and will change the systems back to one. HOWEVRE, even on the same machine with two SC instances (one with IB conneciton and one with AMP and SC routing) I can't have the stocks at same time on both It is just slows down the futuers version when I am looking at many stocks (with many chartbooks) so want to have stock seprate on one instance.
