My charts are missing 12 hours of data

I have opened up my Sierra charts this morning 2:30am NY time and my charts are missing data on both my footprint and VWAP charts for all instruments GBP, ES and CL. They all have their last candle printed at 14:25 which my VWAP is showing thats the end of the session and the next candle printed is 2:30am. I tried to reload the data and this did not fix the problem. I closed down the chart book and reopened it and this did not fix the problem. Lastly I closed down Sierra charts entirely and opened the program back up and this still did not fix the problem I still have the same candles and data. I have checked that I am still using the correct contracts and I am. I'm not sure what else I can do to fix this issue and get the 12 hours of data I'm missing to show up on my charts. Attached are screen shots of 2 charts showing the last candle printed yesterday at 14:25 and the next candle printing today at 2:30.

In particular, start with the section relating to Session Times, to make sure that those are set correctly.

Start off with re-downloading the Intraday data from before the missing data.

Hi there,

I got in touch with AMP global who I have my data feed through and they said it's a CQG issue that they had multiple complaints from customers in Europe about and that they were looking into it and would let me know once they got a response from CQG about it. Thank you for your help and suggestions.
