Hi Support, I have just changed from one futures contract to another on the same chartbook, and for some reason, it is now unbearably slow to open and I get a lot of those messages in the log:

F.US.EPZ20 [CB] #1 | Out of order timestamps detected. Chart tool drawings and some chart studies may not function properly. Prior Date Time: 2020-11-09 19:48:00. Next Bar Date Time: 2020-11-09 19:45:00. Filename: F.US.EPZ20.scid | 2020-11-11 07:31:05.592
F.US.EPZ20 [CB] #4 | Out of order timestamps detected. Chart tool drawings and some chart studies may not function properly. Prior Date Time: 2020-11-09 19:48:00. Next Bar Date Time: 2020-11-09 19:45:00. Filename: F.US.EPZ20.scid | 2020-11-11 07:31:08.179

As I have not changed anything else apart from the instrument, any idea how I can fix this please?

Thanks!

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed to avoid this issue in the future:

Regarding the performance issue, refer to:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.12 - Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. Historical Data Record Time Frame.

Thank you for your help. Strange that it always worked perfectly and not it happens each time I connect, with the new instrument.
Surely this can't come from the data feed as it was working perfectly well?

Incorrect timestamps are always from the data feed itself.
