why the same data/same charbook drawing differnt chart ?

i uploaded 2 screenshot, first is the correct one. second is the wrong. please advise why the bottom time is different ? and number on the chart is different too ?

you see the bottom of the time, candle openings at the different time.

To make these charts the same, close one of them and then duplicate the other: Chart Menu: Duplicate Chart (Chart menu) And then also reload each of them with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. these 2 charts are on different servers and same chart settings. this morning i see that intially the time of opening a new bar is same, then it is becoming one second difference, please advise.

You are also not using a Sierra Chart provided data feed. You are using CQG which we do not provide technical support for. Consider using the Denali Exchange Data Feed where you will be assured of consistent data between connections: Denali Exchange Data Feed So that is really the first step, if you cannot resolve the issue when using CQG, is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
