Connecting AMP Futures

I am trying to reconnect my AMP futures account. I have gone through the steps on your website however I'm getting an error message saying my password or username is incorrect. I have triple checked and my password for my AMP account is the one I'm typing into my Sierra Chart software. This account was connected recently and I am assuming was disconnected because of lack of use. If you are able to help me out here I'd greatly appreciate it. |

Is the account that you have posted this question from the account that you are wanting to use? If so, then you should be good, as you were able to login to this website using this account. I am good to go here. My AMP Futures/CQG account had been inactivated due to lack of use. I am back up and going. Thank you for the help.
