Dear Sir/Madam; I had some problems with the chart so I deleted all the charts and reloaded them and it still didn't work. Then I uninstalled Sierra and installed a new version and it didn't help. These are the same chart from TradePro Academy that I was using before with no problem. I was trying it many times without success after switching off antivirus, restarting computer etc. I would be willing to pay for the service and actually I applied for it already Could you help me with that or at least tell me how I can schedule remote-paid service ASAP? You need to translate the symbols to the current service because they do not match. You need to use this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Let us know if that resolves the issue.
