Hi I have just download the program and have no historical data it coming up with I need to move to a package however my trial has not ended. Could you help me with this. many thanks Stephen Roberts |

You should be able to receive the data from the Historical Data Service from Sierra Chart, along with delayed streaming data from the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here" Sierra Chart Historical Data Service and here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed ------------ If you are still having a problem, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
