I have Denali and received the notification for the necessary update by November 15th. What happens if we do not perform this update? The reason I ask is I have custom studies that I do not know the original developer or have the source code and now they need to be recompiled. This kind of screws me.

Where did you get the custom studies from? We would think it would not be difficult to locate the source code for them.

I got the chartbook from a friend. He got them from a mentor. That person does not have the source code. Chartbooks and studies are passed around quite a bit,I actually dont find this uncommon as many people do not like to release source codes.

Could you attach the Chartbook here so we can see what we can learn about the custom studies and see if we can locate the developer. Instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile The Chartbook will be privately attached. Let's take these one step at a time. This is what we see: SmoothedDelta_64.dll | 2020-11-10 01:06:23.937 sst_pulling_stacking_64.dll | 2020-11-10 01:06:24.151 sst_FreeBundle_64.dll | 2020-11-10 01:06:24.913 SmoothedProfile_64.dll | 2020-11-10 01:06:26.378 What study or studies do you use in SmoothedDelta_64? And what do they do. We probably can just do much of what you are getting from these studies and just add some additional functionality to support this. Smooth delta is based off study #12 vbp . It lets me see where longs and shorts have traded indicated visually by color . It uses visual studio
