Hi, I just activated my advanced subscription and am needing to receive real-time market data. I tried to add the denali CME exchange but it wouldn't allow it. I use TD Ameritrade and I know TD is no longer supported. I just need to know how to get real-time data added to my subscription for stocks and futures. Thanks, Kyle |

You do have properly activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the CME E-Mini exchange. You need to update to the current version of Sierra Chart. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services.
