Hello, having problems staying connected to SC Forex (FXCM). Connection ok for as long as a few hours, and as short as 15 min. It does not reconnect automatically.

Make sure you are on a current version of Sierra Chart.

For there to be an automatic reconnect you need to enable Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Reconnect on Failure.
